Renovating unused building for growing mushrooms

An unused office building in Exeter, UK, has been converted into a gourmet mushroom farm in the middle of the city. Each week, hundreds of kilos of coffee grounds are collected from city cafes and used to grow oyster mushrooms which are then delivered to restaurants. Finally, the waste from the growing cycle is turned into fertile compost for local use.
